Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs or organic dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 Tbsp Alaya Naturals Green Superblend
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond butter or dry roasted almonds
- 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions:
- Place ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
- Remove “dough” and place in a small bowl.
- Roll dough into 10 energy bites and place on a try in fridge to firm and cool.
