Ingredients:
- 1 Large Beetroot
- 1 Cup Chickpeas
- 1 ½ Cups Water
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Lemon
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
Directions:
- Cut the beetroot in squares and roast it.
- Boil the Chickpeas in the water until tender.
- Add the roasted beetroots into the food processor.
- Add 3 Tbsp of Tahini, the salt and the pepper and one garlic clove.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon and the olive oil and blend together.
- Add the Cooked Chickpeas and blend again.
- Enjoy!
